On the web front great strides have been made in the updating of my Morrighan information. Since my last news update I've added considerably to the pages, including roughly 50% more information, several new images and several new links. On the offline front I've also made a great deal of progress on the construction of my altóir (Irish for "altar"). With any luck I should have it finished by the end of this week.

Side by side with these two pursuits I have also been reading an amazing book and absorbing as much of it as I can. The book is The Apple Branch: A Path to Celtic Ritual by Alexei Kondratiev. For anyone who is seeking to discover an authentic view of Celtic ritual and belief (as opposed to what is peddled by Llewellyn) I would highly recommend it.

I've also added a new section to the site entitled Recommended Reading. It can be accessed from the navigation menu at the right. There is not much there yet, but I hope to expand it over the next few days.

In the past few weeks I've been experiencing something that resembles a minor "crisis of faith." The details are not terribly important right now, but what it does mean is that several sections of this web site have been receiving a major updating and others are scheduled for it.

The biggest changes you will find at this time are found in the section (formerly a single page) entitled The Morrighan. Where before it was one page that contained all the information I had available it is now three pages, including two new pages that contain links and artwork. On top of this the information that made up the main contents of that section have been 95% rewritten to reflect a number of changes in my perception and understanding.

In addition to these online changes I am in the process of making some major changes to my offline spiritual life. For the moment these center around the building of an altar or shrine to the Morrighan. Later on in this process I will have pictures of the construction process as well as the finished piece when it is installed and equipped. These will most likely be posted in the photo gallery of my family site with a link to them here.
